THE PARK HYATT BEAVER CREEK ANNOUNCES RENOVATIONS
Guest Room Hard Goods, Executive Kings and Suites to Receive Renovation. Project to be Completed by Thanksgiving 2008

BEAVER CREEK, Colo.—August 25, 2008—Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, nestled in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, is undergoing a $4 million renovation of seven suites and 14 executive king junior suites. These renovations, which will begin post-Labor Day and will be completed by Thanksgiving 2008, are the next phase in a series of renovations, which began with a $26 million renewal completed in January of 2007.

Executive king and suites at the Park Hyatt will take on the imagery of a modern day frontiersman with adventurous and rugged décor that maintains a sophisticated air of contemporary design. The newly decorated suites will feature a mix of clean-lined, European inspired furniture finished in warm, rustic textures and finishes. Materials utilized include warm leather upholstery, rich fabrics, and artwork all inspired by the local environment. Colors include a soothing palette of mountain sky tones that brings the splendor of nature into the bedrooms and are drawn from the Rocky Mountain environment that surrounds the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek. The spacious yet intimate living areas range from 600 to 1750 sq. ft include a fireplace and new flat screen LCD TVs.

When completed in November, the renovations will enhance the mountain warmth and comfort that the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek embodies. With this transformation, the resort will unite indulgence with a comfortable feel that will make guests feel at home.
