  • Article One - American Grill & Lounge located in the bustling atrium lobby of Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill provides a casual location for breakfast, a prime spot for Washington DC power lunches, or contemporary American dining at dinner, serving a selection of unique dishes blending local influences, organic products and grilled favorites with a creative twist.
  • Guests can cozy up to CURE at Grand Hyatt Washington with its open fireplace, walls clad in stone and red oak evoking the atmosphere of a rustic lodge.  The seasonal menu includes items such as artisan cheese selections, pork pâté, roasted sausage with jam, flat iron steak and bread pudding. The wine, beer and spirit selections are extensive, offering a range of exceptional wines, international beers and unique cocktails.
  • Guests of Hyatt Regency Bethesda can savor the renowned grilled meats and seafood of Morton's The Steakhouse located in the lobby of the hotel, or Daily Grill for great American food, located hotel’s first floor.
