HYATT ANNOUNCES PRICING OF SENIOR NOTES

CHICAGO (August 4, 2011) – Hyatt Hotels Corporation (“Hyatt” or the “Company”) (NYSE: H) today announced the pricing of its public offering of $250.0 million principal amount of 3.875% senior notes due 2016 and $250.0 million principal amount of 5.375% senior notes due 2021.  Hyatt intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include working capital, capital expenditures, debt service requirements and repayment of outstanding debt and other business initiatives, including acquisitions.
