Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) announced today that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a franchise agreement with Integrated Clark Monroe, LLC for Hyatt The Loop Chicago, a hotel to be located at 100 West Monroe Street in Chicago’s central business district. 

Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) announced today that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a management agreement with Kamala Bay Ventures Co., Ltd. for a Hyatt Regency hotel in Phuket, Thailand.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H), Aedes Real Estate and UBM Realitätentwicklung AG announced today their affiliates have entered into an agreement for a Hyatt Regency hotel in Amsterdam, which is expected to open in 2015.
