Hyatt Hotels Corporation (“Hyatt” or the “Company”) (NYSE: H) today summarized previously announced asset sales.

Inland American Lodging Group, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Inland American Real Estate Trust, Inc. (“Inland American”) and Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H), today announced the respective purchase and sale of the 14-story, 501-room Hyatt Regency Santa Clara in Santa Clara, Calif., for approximately $93 million or $185,000 per key.  

Inland American Lodging Group, Inc. (“IALG”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Inland American Real Estate Trust, Inc. (“Inland American”), and Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) today announced that IALG has acquired a portfolio of two Andaz hotels for approximately $115 million.

 An affiliate of Hyatt has sold the 451-room Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center to an affiliate of JMI Realty for approximately $60 million or $133,000 per key. As part of the sale, Hyatt has also entered into a franchise agreement with JMI Realty. Davidson Hotels & Resorts will manage the hotel for JMI Realty under the Hyatt Regency flag.
