Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) today announced the execution of an agreement to form a joint venture between a Hyatt affiliate and FSA Group S.A. (FSA), a Libra Group company, to develop and own nine Hyatt Place-branded hotels in Brazil.
