Placement on the list comes as a result of Global Hyatt Corporation’s perfect score in the HRC Foundation 2005 Corporate Equality Index study.

CHICAGO—January 23, 2006—25-year Hyatt Veteran Chuck Floyd, 45, has been promoted to Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, based in Chicago. In his new role, Floyd assumes the responsibilities of Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s departing president and longtime company executive Ed Rabin, who retired in December.

international acquisition and development primarily in Latin America and Caribbean. He will report
