Hyatt Corporation Will Cease Management of Park Hyatt San Francisco

Strategic Hotel Capital, LLC announced today it has sold Park Hyatt San Francisco to HEI Hospitality, LLC. Hyatt Corporation will no longer manage the hotel, effective May 9, 2006, following Strategic Hotel Capital’s sale of the property to HEI Hospitality.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation continues to manage Grand Hyatt San Francisco, Hyatt Regency San Francisco, Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport at San Francisco International Airport and Hyatt at Fisherman’s Wharf. Outside of San Francisco, Hyatt manages an additional five hotel properties in Northern California.
