Hyatt Hotels & Resorts Reminds Guests of its Standard Complimentary Bath and Personal Products Service

In line with Hyatt’s brand standard of service excellence, the chain will continue to make available a variety of toiletries and bath products for its guests upon request at all Hyatt hotels and resorts including Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency and Park Hyatt properties. On-property sundry stores have also increased their supplies of liquid and gel personal products and have been instructed to stay open longer hours for late arriving guests.

“We have always sought to offer convenience and comfort to our guests,” said Matt Adams, Vice President Operations, Hyatt Hotels Corporation. “In light of the recent heightened security and evolving carry-on restrictions, we will continue to offer solutions for our guests and ensure we do everything we can to make their travel experience as smooth as possible.”
