Hyatt Regency Trinidad Opens In Time For Carnival 2008
The World’s Most Colorful Celebration Welcomes the Grandest Addition to Port Of Spain

Hyatt Regency Trinidad will be ready to share its hospitality with Carnival revelers this February. Trinidad’s first full-service hotel to open since 1962 welcomes its first guests on January 29th, 2008.

Carnival celebrations reach their peak on February 4 and 5, 2008, showcasing masquerade bands, elaborate costumes, steelband rhythms and infectious Soca music. The dual island nation of Trinidad & Tobago invites the world to “lime” (socialize/party) in the capital of Port of Spain annually for the most spectacular Carnival celebration on earth.

“We are pleased to be open in time for Carnival. It’s Hyatt Regency Trinidad’s opportunity to celebrate the festival and our debut,” said General Manager Russell George. “The staff looks forward to demonstrating Hyatt’s hospitality to all our guests and visitors”.
