Hyatt Place, recently named the top mid-scale full service brand in the J.D. Power and Associates 2008 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Indexsm, complements Hyatt’s full service brands by combining contemporary design with innovative services and amenities to create an atmosphere of casual hospitality.

Hyatt Place Saratoga/Malta, which is owned by Malta Hospitality, LLC and operated by InterMountain Management, LLC, is located at 20 State Farm Place and ideally situated near historic downtown Saratoga Springs, the world-renowned Saratoga Thoroughbred Race Course and Saratoga Performing Arts Center. HYATT PLACE SARATOGA/MALTA LEADERSHIP
Hyatt Place Saratoga/Malta will be under the leadership of General Manager Bill Gomez and Director of Sales Michele Neyer.
In his role, Gomez, a 22-year hospitality industry veteran, will be directly responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including overseeing the hotel’s 40 associates and ensuring guests encounter the purposeful service for which Hyatt Place is known.
Gomez will be joined by Michele Neyer, director of sales, who will be responsible for providing sales service and support to travelers and meeting planners frequenting the Saratoga Springs and greater Albany area.
