PARK HYATT TO LAUNCH THIRD ANNUAL MASTERS OF FOOD & WINE SOUTH AMERICA, FEBRUARY 10-15, 2009

CHICAGO (January 13, 2009) -- This year, Park Hyatt will celebrate its third annual Masters of Food & Wine South America festival in Argentina February 10th-11th at Palacio – Duhau Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, and February 12th – 15th at Park Hyatt Mendoza

Continuing the successful tradition, which started more than two decades ago at Park Hyatt Carmel, Highlands Inn, Masters of Food & Wine South America 2009 will bring together internationally distinguished chefs and Argentine winemakers to participate in the festivities. Held in spectacular settings in two distinct Argentine cities, Buenos Aires, the country’s capital, and Mendoza, the country’s booming wine region, events, including: lunches, dinners and culinary demonstrations, will be hosted by a variety of local establishments and vineyards.
