HYATT PLACE® HERNDON/DULLES AIRPORT-EAST CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING

HERNDON, VA – APRIL 3, 2009 – Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and Crescent Hotels and Resorts today announce the opening of Hyatt Place Herndon/Dulles Airport-East, conveniently located just five miles from Washington Dulles International Airport.

The hotel offers:

  • 151 spacious guestrooms, all of which feature a 42-inch HDTV, the plush Hyatt Grand Bed™ and an eight-foot sectional sofa-sleeper

Hyatt Place HERNDON/DULLES AIRPORT-EAST Leadership

            Hyatt Place Herndon/Dulles Airport-East will be under the leadership of General Manager James Tirpak and Director of Sales Azza Bell.  

            In his role, Tirpak will be directly responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including overseeing the hotel’s 40 associates and ensuring guests encounter the purposeful service for which Hyatt Place is known.

            Tirpak will be joined by Azza Bell, director of sales, who will be responsible for providing sales service and support to travelers and meeting planners frequenting the Washington, DC metro area.
