To keep everyone in the family happy, Hyatt Resorts offers loads of amenities and activities including some truly spectacular pools. The Hyatt Resorts Explore Package includes fun activities on property and within each destination.   Pack a bathing suit and remember the sunblock – here is a breakdown of some of the best resort pools Hyatt offers worldwide:

Water Parks and Playgrounds

  • Make waves at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa at Slyders, Southern California’s newest water playground. The recent $4 million addition to the resort features 3 water slides, 2 fire pits, a pool café and bar, a children’s wading pool, and an oversized hot tub. • When not relaxing in the redesigned guest rooms – part of a recent $50 million renovation – or dining in one of the resort’s two new restaurants, guests of Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch will delight in the 2.5-acre Water Playground. It features 10 sparkling pools, including a sand beach, a three-story waterslide tucked inside a clock tower, a Grecian-style water temple with a Jacuzzi-style spa and four cold plunges, and more than 40 water spills and waterfalls. www.scottsdale.hyatt.com
  • Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa features two free-form swimming pools surrounded by lush tropical plants and set on the edge of the Pacific Ocean. While the Lahaina Pool is the perfect spot for relaxing or indulging in daily water aerobics and Hydro-Fit classes, the Napili Pool offers a rope bridge, whirlpool and interactive fun for the little ones in “Keiki Lagoon.” The kids’ activity center features an 18-inch deep, 3,000 square-foot pool surrounded by sand, lava rocks, painted turtles, a 25-foot slide and mist from leaping water fountains.  The resort recently added an $8 million poolside restaurant -- Umalu, meaning shade under a cliff - where guests can take a reprieve from the sun and have the option of dining with their feet in the sand. www.maui.hyatt.com
