Hyatt Place Washington D.C./U.S. Capitol Celebrates Official Opening
200-room Hyatt Place hotel opens in northern portion of the NoMa District of Washington, D.C.

CHICAGO (June 26, 2014) – Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H), The JBG Companies and Crescent Hotels & Resorts today announce the opening of Hyatt Place Washington D.C./U.S. Capitol, the first Hyatt Place hotel in Washington, D.C. The hotel is situated in the northern portion of the NoMa district, one of the city’s fastest growing neighborhoods with a vibrant mixed use development that sits just north of, and in view of, the U.S. Capitol Building.
